KYC & KYB Guidelines

To maintain a secure, fraud-free ecosystem, Freightzilla requires strict Identity and Business verification before granting access to our Load Board, Escrow, or Forwarding capabilities.

Know Your Business (KYB)

For registered companies (e.g., ТОО, LLP, Ltd) and sole traders (ИП), the following documents are required to access financial and marketplace services:

  • Certificate of State Registration (containing BIN/IIN).
  • Extract from the commercial register (issued within the last 3 months).
  • Proof of operating address (utility bill or lease agreement).
  • Details of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) holding more than 25%.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

For private individuals acting as cargo owners, we require standard identity verification:

  • Valid government-issued ID card or Passport.
  • Biometric liveness check (handled securely via our verification partner).
  • Proof of residential address.
